Introduction

    This Chapter is about why we need Civil Engineering of an certain type in order to produce my ideal perfect art piece.  Civil Engineering, when viewed in connection with Infrastructure, is an reciprocal subject of the territory that is known as Canada.  Dependent on its Infrastructure.  This Chapter will take my raw thesis as scrap material and perfect it in order to derive an powerful thesis which will guide the rest of the material.

    Thesis:  The New Reciprocity in an artistic rendering of the differences between the artist and the un-artistic values extending from virtual and real infrastructure.  An New Reciprocity between characters will be considered.  In order to show us their differences on every level of society, which is what I feel to be an circumspect list of levels of society to be included.  On the subject of general politics.  It makes sense as an political practice that we use new reciprocal theory to generate plot and character between one another on an political scene.  The truth of the political scene is that it always wants somebody who does not want it.  But as new reciprocal theorists, we are open to new ideas of how to run an political scene, based on these 'reciprocal commands' that I had said feature in language at some level in societies, perhaps all of them.  For it is in reciprocity what we find at the very heart of society.  An human connection that is an mutual production of an reciprocal product in which One is the product valued most of all.

    Anti-Thesis:  The anti-thesis is My Artistic Standard Perfection because it cannot create an perfect art piece in society in which reciprocal theory bridges the gap between real and virtual infrastructure because the new reciprocity was needed to construct it.


My Artistic Standard Perfection

    When I finally had asked my self, what is my ideal art piece of an type, that I would create.  I asked what is an single 'piece'?  What medium is it?  Digital 3-Dimensional rendering or description in writing.

    If I could make an perfect art piece, perfection from all sides.  An plaque-like object, smooth corners on the top.  It has an back and front.  There are various colors on the front.  Red, green, and an French color I have never seen before.  It is maybe an color that does not exist.  Advanced French.

    An magic page or tablet.  (The diaphragm).  An inch thick.  What's American about it?  American Imperial system has power about it?  There's writing in relief lettering.  On the face.  Where an interesting fact is written.  America uses the Imperial system for measurements.  It is one of the three countries that have not adopted the metric system.  Types of knowledge.  Fact.  (Hegel).  Thesis.  Anti-thesis.  Synthesis.  To be able to create this object I would need civil engineering technology.  (Futuristic:).  (An fictional scene:).

    And that each piece thereafter would work to prove its thesis or disprove its antithesis.  That as an Artist there is an ideal art piece whether it is possible to construct in present society or not.  Or have I already created it?  Having provided its description here?  It is up to what is good enough for the Artist in me.  If I seek to write how new reciprocal command theory can be used at every level of society to inform our opinion about the law, then through social change involving how events play out between the two characters; the anti-artist versus the artist, the politician of new reciprocal theory whose political philosophy involves constructing an superior law which is fair and economical to all sectors of civilization or society.

    New reciprocity and anti-artistry butt heads because comparing new reciprocity as the Artist's license to make all decisions always being right; and if new reciprocal theory doesn't pretend to be an perfect artist's rendering so much as its Artistic interest is in binding with the law but as an political theory it is perfectly artistic and un-artistic insomuch are they who self-identify as new reciprocal theorists are.

    Every step of my argument proves the thesis because if reciprocity can exist between both the artistic and the un-artistic then we have an more fair and just society.  It is that security which perhaps typifies my relationship with my perfect artistic piece.  It is security generated in an futuristic society, of which Its existence depends on the Civil Engineering technology of that society.  An gravity free-environment in an room on Planet Earth.

    And since my art includes the whole infrastructure as an subject for comparison of the themes of the New Reciprocity it is of that transcendent nature which makes it curious or interesting; 

    As an New Reciprocal Theorist in an Economic infrastructure, who am I?  I need Civil Engineering to be capable of reaching the furthest part of my economic infrastructure; as an global citizen to an globally dependent product source, maybe.  It will expand beyond our planet.  The internal infrastructure or virtual infrastructure is important to manage also through Civil Engineering, for it has such an effect on the imagination.  To be able to produce my ideal art, I formally request an New Reciprocity with Society.  Which will make us capable of producing my perfect artist's piece.  Which will require both real and virtual factors.  Which extend far beyond our present capability.  But with the New Reciprocity, we may accomplish it.  This is the kind of reciprocity that I want to cultivate; that even the reciprocal product of my book would prove its Thesis.

    The relationship between Art and Anti-Art under the subject of Civil Engineering; required for the utmost reaches of our infrastructure and virtual infrastructure for an mood dependent on that kind of room for an art piece.  It's not just about the advanced Civil Engineering, it's about how we relate to art made possible by its existence.  And reciprocal commodity made possible by both real and virtual infrastructure.

Thesis

    The New Reciprocity can help us create reciprocal command at every level of society in order to prove the persistence of the subject at an division from Art and Law itself, as an hypothetical specimen, representative of the creation of an "perfect" artistic piece or not when interacting with the Economy.

    And we need to leave everything to the imagination, maybe, when meeting people because there are so many of us, such diverse and reciprocal characters in society as there are kinds of styles.  We need to be able to communicate that style quickly and effectively for maximum impression.  When more and more people participate in the epitome of reciprocity, Fantasy and Shakespearean reciprocity, we are free to be mechanicals or tempests as empowering roleplay types we can utilize in everyday social activity.  The question of Identity then, as we move past the dark ages of humanity has to do with repeated or newly improvised Archetypes (instead of just the Supremacy of the Gothic Knight (which now that I think of it is probably responsible for the entire age being dark)) which serve to have an effect on our passion, our morale and our public image.
