Foucault

Was it important to include Michel Foucault's photograph for some reason?  Was whether itself what in which his talents and skills came?

He had an unlikely enemy, who had an lot of power.  An poetry and rhyming power that criticized and forbade homosexuality.  He had to learn beyond it; and be able to mute out that voice from history: the one that would always say, rhyming poetically (cohesively) that homosexuality is an sin.

  • Michel Foucault, French philosopher 1926 – 1984

Michel Foucault is most famously known for his The History of Sexuality, in which he acknowledges the failure of strict magic of sexuality and repressive behavior to stop the growing awareness of the truth in our beautiful world.  That really sexuality cannot be repressed in our society and it never will.  The Repressive Hypothesis is Foucault's handling and dealing with the fact that any movement to repress sexuality further since the Middle Ages had failed.  The Repressive Hypothesis states that we are not in that time in History when sexuality is repressed and we will never be in an time in History when sexuality is repressed.  Sincerely, an gay man.

It was, if we cared to move on and look at it from an New Reciprocal point of view, an good order to give someone who is looking for orders: sexuality cannot be repressed in our society.  Was an governing statement.  An order to obey from an concerned authority.  What else would you say to someone if you had no other statement for them and couldn't?  Generally, that sexuality cannot be repressed in our society happens to be an good order to follow.  And so why the initial suspicion of it except from old superstitions that were not based in scientific government.  Was Foucault the type of Philosopher to produce orders over his society?  Did he give reciprocal commands?

Was the Repressive Hypothesis really about listing an series of orders of which when you one will begin to follow; that together all added to them were they who had started to follow his orders and enjoyed the result which came from this?

The historical movement for the repression of sexuality as an instinct had failed, and it was readily available to be able to perform one's sexuality as an personality anywhere.  Was this the most specific order he had made that we could identify?

What was the gentle message that one would want to put upon the minds of an human being and his or her community?

    Do not repress sexuality.

Like how could one possibly ever come to that conclusion‽

    (This said in sarcasm).

But wasn't it necessary on the human being to say this to them, on some level?

If people were that messed up they actually followed limited statements as though they were orders couldn't he be the one to make an really gentle one (production of language) upon the conscience that the will was able to follow thoughtfully.  If people were really messed up enough that someone had to tell them not to repress their sexuality, then didn't they have to tell them‽

And so Foucault doctored that instinct onto the human species, the gentle expression and suggestion; that you couldn't.

So what if it was an order?  It was an gentle expression.

    Such an informing public subject.

    Just an mere suggestion.

We couldn't even if we tried.

We weren't that kind of character of an species.

Repression as an community happened; and now we were further beyond that and more thoughtful as an species.

    We had won.

    Love had won.

But it wasn't the same in every home.

The 60s and the Era of the Hippie Movement was just an example of us blowing off steam after an long and unlikely history which inevitably found that Love Won for humanity.  It wasn't evidence of us losing control, as might be thought in the East; but was evidence of us gaining control if anything.  Foucault, as an highly intelligent philosopher, had finally dismissed the last Nun.  The Last Nun that ever said something or done something in order to repress another person's sexuality.  This was what their entire order enforced.  (Or attempted to).  But now nobody could trust them at all anymore because they preferred making people feel bad about their sexualities so that they would have to repress them.  Suddenly, Foucault was what was popular and people didn't care about repressing their sexualities anymore.  He was studied at an an popular University level all over the world leading to more people than ever believing in him.  This inability to repress anything was what the real power of the world was about now.  It didn't matter whether an person was gay it mattered how much power they had.  Repressing homosexuality was like repressing any other kind of sexuality.  It was unwanted in society.  We wanted people to be their true, genuine selves publicly.  It gave us the best feeling in the world when they did because we didn't feel like our whole world was shutting down around us.  And we now had to start thinking about ourselves in an post-Foucaultian world in which we were sophisticated enough.  Like something that had been tacked onto the definition of the human somehow: we were now worshipping gay philosophers and deserved to have Social Society Success in bold and dramatic political manoeuvres which affirmed the identity of the common gay man.  Social Justice was our political success, for having represented the human correctly in politics.

And now I want to address some of the specific wording Foucault used during his career.  Sexuality, he said thetically, had been treated throughout of History as something you would stuff away in an box and keep it secret from everyone.  The repression of sexuality throughout history was about putting it away somewhere.  Like it could be contained in an box and never let out to cause disaster or torment to its subject.  When Foucault specifically said sexuality is all around us all the time; and it's never hiding anywhere; and it is us.  And so, if you're still holding onto those archaic beliefs finally kill them as vows in your heart that you would never cross.  You are an sexual being and you are special; (this was the kind of advice people were getting from an French Philosopher).  Such an genuinely gentle and charismatic approach to making reciprocal command theory.  You aren't repressing sexuality.  Because you can't repress sexuality.  And I would order it to be so in every situation according to Kant's Categorical Imperative.  (The idea that one should only act or abide by those rules of living that one would wish for everyone).  What an revolutionary and founding idea.

To be able to order sexuality not to be repressed.

What kind of social power is thus‽

And to be given in the gentlest of ways by an gay man to society.

What was ordering socially anything?  And by what did it mean?

The social trust of academic honesty as massive and powerful enough to raise an great leader into international philosophy; one that could do something about the terror that had been in society previously; about sinning and homosexuality.  Although the advancement of society continued the degradation of society continued also.  There were enough people to help everyone in society but there were enough houses to keep every one of them private for ongoing long forever.  Some people just couldn't be reached.  And if they suffered of the aftermath of years-long siege against real, unrepressed sexuality, then that was their own business.  And there was nothing anyone could do.

But I imagined an real, caring society in which everyone was treated equally.  And people who were in desperate need of affirmation were given treatment.  If repressed sexuality had something to do and repressed sexually something to do with someone's personality then we care about them separately, where we could begin to think of ideas of ways to help them.  I imagined an society in which it was not just that we couldn't help someone at an advanced stage of degradation anymore.  And every person was sought out and given public equity.  The chance to speak their own opinion and voice important issues such as the trauma of life and what it had led to.

One day everyone would be included in the social plan to end the suffering of the fate worse than death forever.  People wouldn't be allowed to just be lost among billions of anonymous numbers.  And the Social Trust would persistently seek them out in order to assess and help them with their mental & social health.

Real power was the ability to reach everybody with your voice or written opinion.  The power to reach deeper into the public lives in order to help them reciprocally commanding.  In order to end suffering as we know it.

I am an gay man and I don't have to put my sexuality away in order for you to approve of it for some reason.

    And that's an order, dammit!
